Q: Do i need to sign up a User Account to browse IcedChili.com?
A: No. However, without signing in a User Account, you may not view current deals and some other content on the site, and you cannot purchase a deal.

PURCHASING

Q: How do I buy a deal coupon?
A: You need to Sign Up (if you haven't already) and Log In a User Account to buy a deal. After having logged in, you will see the Buy Now button on the deal. Click on the button, and indicate the quantity of coupon you wish to buy (some deals may have maximum coupon one can purchase).

Q: I do not see any Buy Now button, but a Sign Up button on the deal page.
A: You have not signed up or logged into your User Account. Once you have done so, you will see the button now says Buy Now. Sign Up or Log In now.

Q: Is there any minimum or maximum quantity of coupon I can buy?
A: You may purchase just 1 coupon for a deal, but since it must be a great deal you're buying why not grab more! However in some deals, there may be maximum coupon one can purchase.

Q: What happens after I buy a coupon?
A: Once you have successfully completed the transaction, you will receive an email notification about your purchase and the status. You will receive the Coupon Code only after the deal is tipped (when "The Deal Is On!").

Q: When will I receive the Coupon Code?
A: Once the deal is tipped (when "The Deal Is On!"), you will receive your coupon code via email. It will also be reflected in My Coupons under your Profile .

Q: What if I do not receive my coupon after I have paid/ I lose my Coupon Code email?
A: You can always retrieve your Coupon Code which you have paid for, in My Coupons under your Profile .

Q: Can I buy as a gift for friend?
A: Yes! Click on the Buy For A Friend. Just put in your friend's correct email address and name on the check out page, and the notification and the Coupon Code will be sent to your friend! Payment confirmation email will be sent to you.

PAYMENT

Q: How do I pay?
A: Choose to pay either by credit/debit card via our secured online payment gateway partner, iPay88, or pay by site Credits under My Credits of your Profile .

Q: Can I combine site credit and credit card to pay for one purchase?
A: Unfortunately, no. You can choose to pay with either one method only.

Q: Can I refund or transfer if I change my mind after buying a coupon?
A: After purchasing a coupon, it is non-refundable, even if the coupon is unused. Coupons are generally non-transferable. Retailers may check on the identity of the person and disallow different person to redeem some certain deals.

REDEMPTION

Q: I receive my Coupon Code. How do I redeem it?
A: Simple! Print it out and bring it to the merchants/ retail outlets, and enjoy the deal you've bought.

Q: When can I redeem my coupon?
A: Redemption of coupon is generally within 3 days after the deal (listing) ends. Redemption period is stated on the deal page.

Q: Is there any product/service pre-booking requirement to redeem at merchant's outlet?
A: Generally, no. Should there be any special requirements, you shall find all redemption instructions indicated on the deal page as well as in your Coupon Code email.

Q: What happens if the deal is off (deal doesn't reach the minimum number of buyers)?
A: If the deal is off, you shall be refunded full amount that you have paid within 14 working days, depending on your credit card's issuer. Purchases using site credits will also be credited back to your account within 5 working days after the deal's closing date. 

Q: I don't want the deal to be off!
A: Well, since the deals are so great, be sure to tell your friends about the deals via email/newsletter, Facebook and Twitter ! Get more people to buy so it will reach the minimum number of buyers, and so that The Deal Is On !

SITE CREDITS

Q: What are Site Credits?
A: Site Credits are the tokens you may use to purchase deals. Credits are usually stated as if monetary value on site. Under My Credits of your Profile , you shall see "Your Credits: RM(amount)".

Q: How do I earn credits?
A: You may earn credits by referring friends. At times, we will also give away credits for our games/contest winners on our Facebook page .

Q: How do I use credit to pay for a deal?
A: At the payment page of a deal, just choose to pay with "Buy With Credits".
